These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by ASTERA, including strategy, consulting, coaching, workshops, and related work.

By engaging with ASTERA, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services

ASTERA offers:

  • Strategic guidance and consulting

  • Brand and positioning support

  • Coaching (including holistic and reflective practices)

  • Workshops, facilitation, and advisory services

All services are tailored to individuals, creatives, and organisations.

3. Nature of Work

ASTERA provides guidance, support, and strategic input, not guaranteed outcomes.

  • Results depend on multiple factors outside of our control

  • Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and implementation

Coaching, mentoring, and holistic practices are intended to support reflection, clarity, and personal or professional development.

They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Any intuitive or reflective practices (including tarot or similar tools) are offered as frameworks for exploration and insight, and should be received in a spirit of personal interpretation.

4. Engagement & Payment

  • Scope, timelines, and fees are agreed in advance

  • Payment terms are outlined in proposals or invoices

  • Work typically begins once payment (or deposit) is received

ASTERA reserves the right to pause or delay services in the event of late or incomplete payment.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions require at least 24–48 hours’ notice to reschedule

  • Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full

For longer-term engagements or projects, specific cancellation terms will be agreed in advance.

6. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential.

  • Information shared during sessions or projects will not be disclosed without consent

  • This does not apply where disclosure is required by law

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, frameworks, and content created by ASTERA remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive right to use delivered work for their own internal or agreed purposes

  • Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior permission

8. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

  • Engage honestly and respectfully

  • Take responsibility for their own decisions and actions

  • Provide relevant information in a timely manner

The effectiveness of the work depends on active participation and implementation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASTERA shall not be liable for:

  • any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

  • decisions or actions taken by clients based on the services provided

All services are delivered in good faith, based on professional experience and expertise.

10. Changes to Services

ASTERA reserves the right to:

  • update or modify services

  • revise these Terms & Conditions at any time

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
